Homelessness continues to rise. Community tensions are increasing.
Our economy is working for the few and not for the many. Work is becoming increasingly precarious. Too many people are being left behind.

InCollaboration is committed to assisting our leaders and changemakers support communities to become increasingly conscious of these issues and take action towards transitioning so that living and working in ways where everyone has access to essential needs.

The transition we are talking about is a commons transition....
to support communities and our world to transition towards a model where everyone has access to essential needs - food, water, energy social care - and at the same time regenerating our earth.

The transition requires highly developed skills in collaboration. Collaboration isn't always easy to do... While there are many benefits to collaboration, people can easily get left behind.

How do we address the issue of invisible contributions?

There is abundance. There is enough for everyone. Yet our systems and structures are so individualistic The commons transition encourages us to be open and share our knowledge, our skills, our relationships but in the process some of us can get left behind financially...

As a consultancy, we provide services to a range of organisations to be part of this transition or increase their capacity ... We recognise organisations have particular constraints so we work with you to be able to contribute.....
